Creation Science Society of Milwaukee – Waukesha, WI

January 31, 2017 @ 6:45 pm - 8:45 pm

“Volcanic Eruptions of History and Creationism,” presented by Historian David Wiedenkeller.

In this presentation, Historian David Wiedenkeller will tell us about some of the worst disasters caused by volcanoes–fearsome cauldrons of molten rock–and how they destroyed countess lives and cities through the centuries.

Wiedenkeller will also describe the different classes or types of volcanoes, what causes them to erupt, how they erupt in very different ways. In the United States, Kilauea in the Hawaiian Islands and Mt. St. Helens in Washington State would be familiar examples of two of the types. By bringing articles and books from the Mt. St. Helens eruption of 1980 and some of the actual ash from the eruption, he will then use this visual evidence surrounding the eruption and recovery of the Mt. St. Helens disaster to explain how volcanic activity actually supports Creationism, the Flood, and a Young Earth!
